Professional Summary

        It has been my pleasure to develop a wide variety of windows and web applications over the years. Solutions range from the earliest stages of design architecture to late cycle system migrations. Collaborating with other developers or while working on my own, I enjoy bringing quality and fun to the experience. I have done a number of different testing methods like unit testing or creating test harness applications to compare output between old and new systems. I have produced all manner of documentation and have corresponded with IT professionals and stakeholders across the knowledge base of technology literacy. Programmer / Analyst II for intoCAREERS, a division of the University of Oregon. My work entailed all aspects of the software development life cycle so I was involved in analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions in support of the company’s web resources. I primarily worked in C#/ASP.Net against a SQL Server 2008 and 2012 databases haven migrated all databases from SQL Server 2000. I supported the various networking needs for the web servers including IIS Server administration and DNS routing. I provided a great many of the security-related tasks like SSO, password hashing, and website authentication.

April 2008 to June 2010

I worked as a .NET Developer for Intechgra. The majority of my work involved developing and maintaining applications written in C# against Oracle and SQL Server databases. I worked with a team of other developers and our project manager in designing solutions for our clients.

I worked for many years as the sole developer and assistant network administrator for this local newsletter publisher. Initially I worked directly under the IT Manager for the company, but about 6 years into my tenure, I became solely responsible for all the development responsibilities within the company. After my job description changed, I performed far less network related tasks and focused most of my time on development.
